These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of regenrev.io and any website, form, call, or messaging program operated by Gunderson Holdings LLC, DBA RegenRev ("RegenRev", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
RegenRev provides marketing, sales and revenue-operations services to regenerative clinic owners. We do not provide medical services, medical advice, or advice about any treatment. Any partnership is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our website, submit an application, book a call, or opt in to SMS messages.
SMS messaging terms
Program. RegenRev (operated by Gunderson Holdings LLC, DBA RegenRev) offers a text messaging program for people who opt in on our website forms, booking pages or by otherwise providing written consent.
Messages you may receive.
- Service and account messages: application updates, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices and follow-ups about calls you have booked or requested.
- Marketing messages: information about our services and offers, only if you separately opt in to marketing messages.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking an unchecked consent box on our forms or booking pages, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can use our website and services without opting in.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@gundersonpartners.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Results disclaimer
Case studies, figures and examples on our website describe past client results. They are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome for your business. Any performance guarantee applies only as written in a signed partnership agreement.
Content ownership
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to RegenRev or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.
Disclaimer of warranties
